Connect Problem? Empty Connect Problem?

For every single private server I try to play, including this one, I DL everything right, and it works the first time, and then it just says that its "Unable to connect to login server" or "Unable to connect to game server", even when it says the login server and the game server are online. Is there anything I could do to help this?

INFO- I have Norton, and I don't have administrative privilages on my computer.
