Sending a pm Empty Sending a pm

Hey guys. I've sent 4 pm's regaurding my account info to the mods. All that happens is they go to my outbox, and stay there. They don't move to my sent messages. I've yet to get a reply so my guess is that they havn't got them. Can someone help me?
